The MPL Programme is designed to prepare cadets to transition into airline operations through structured training focused on real-world airline environments.
In commercial aviation, flights are operated by two pilots working together as a team — the Captain and the First Officer. This setup is known as a multi-crew operation. Unlike traditional single-pilot training, multi-crew focuses on skills like communication, teamwork, task-sharing, and joint decision-making.
The MPL Programme is built entirely around this concept, training cadets from day one to operate in a real airline environment — just like professional pilots do.
