ASSISTANT FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR COURSE
Embark on the path to being a full-fledged Assistant Flight Instructor, enabling you to take young cadets under your wing.
Professional pilots are required to continuously engage in learning over the course of their entire aviation career.
Whether you are new or experienced in teaching and flight instruction, you are welcome to enrol into this course.
Minimum Entry Requirement

Be at least 21 years of age
-
Hold at least a CPL issued under Regulation 59 of MCAR
-
Have completed at least 200 hours of flight time on aeroplanes, of which 150 hours were logged as the PIC
-
Hold or have held an instrument rating (IR) of an aeroplane
-
Provided proof of competency by giving a test mass brief based on material developed for the applicable subject
-
Have demonstrated competency in airborne instructional technique. Assessment to be done by the Head of Training or Chief Flight Instructor or designated Flight Instructor
